ABOUTHi, I’m Keira.
I've coordinated over 100 weddings. Presently is how I do it now: one person, with you from the first conversation to the last dance.
I want you in your day, not running it: hearing every word of the vows, tasting the dinner, staying on the dance floor until the last song.
Why Presently
It's a small word that holds a lot. Here's what it means to me.
-
Presently
The word used to mean right away. Send me a question and that is still how I like to answer it.
-
Presence
Mine, from the first conversation to the last dance. The person you meet is the person who is there.
-
Presents
I have always been a giver. The small kindnesses nobody asked for are the part of this work I love most.
-
Present
This is the heart of it. I want you in your day, not running it: hearing every word of the vows and staying on the dance floor until the last song.
-
“May I present for the first time…”
The moment someone takes the microphone and introduces you for the first time. I want the two of you to hear every word.
The hands behind the day
Along the way, I learned the crafts that go into a wedding. I have a diploma in horticulture and I've worked on flower farms. I've done bridal tailoring, and theatre and bridal makeup, and I ran events as a college VP.
On wedding days I've stepped in as florist, tailor, makeup artist and MC when the day needed it. So when a hem catches or a centrepiece wilts, I know what to do.
How I work
I get to know you first
We'll talk more than once before we plan anything. That's how you get comfortable telling me what you actually want.
I keep my word
If I say I'll do it, it's done, and you'll always hear from me, not a bot.
The day is yours
My job is to carry the logistics so you can be a guest at your own wedding.
A little more about me
I love to laugh, and I'm hard to rattle.
